慈立杰教授在纳米材料特别是碳纳米管,石墨烯等领域有20年的研发经历,在国际高端学术期刊发表了162篇高水平的学术论文(SCI论文152多篇,论文被引用次数大于10000,h因子48),在不同的国际学术会议上有三十几篇的学术报告,其研究成果申请了10篇国际专利。慈立杰博士从1996年以来,一直在碳纳米管领域从事研究,具有丰厚的技术积累和经验。其研发了能够连续大批量制备碳纳米管的CVD制备工艺;并首创了选择性制备单层碳纳米管和双层碳纳米管的工艺。慈教授在碳纳米管的应用领域也颇有建树,其研究包括纳米复合材料,电化学储能如纸电池(Paper Battery)等。生物模拟材料如壁虎脚。另外值得一提的是其研发的“最黑材料”被收录为2008吉尼斯纪录,这种最黑材料可以在太阳能转换等领域有广泛的应用。 慈立杰教授在石墨烯领域的研究也有很大的突破,其开创性的在BN杂化的石墨烯,BN类石墨烯二维材料的研究成果发表在了Nature Materials,Nano Letters等材料研究领域最好的专业期刊上。其研究领域包括石墨烯的大面积CVD制备,氧化石墨烯的制备与电化学储能应用,石墨烯的掺杂等。曾有10多项研究成果多次被主流报社,如路透社,BBC,NPR,世界日报等;2008年“最黑人造材料”吉尼斯记录创造者;德国洪堡研究奖学金获得者;法国政府奖学金获得者。在学术方面,成为多种国际学术期刊(如Carbon, Small, Nano Lett., Nanotechnology, The Journal of Physical Chemistry 等)的特约评论员;美国材料研究学会的会员。 代表性论文: 1.
