Commun.等国际知名期刊发表学术论文80余篇,研究成果被引用2700余次,H因子29,多篇文章入选ESI高被引论文。获国家优秀自费留学生奖学金、新加坡SUTD杰出博士论文奖(博士论文最高奖,全校仅一人)、山东省材料学会科技成果奖一等奖、山东省优秀硕士学位论文等荣誉。 围绕量子功能材料领域,取得多项创新性成果:解决了磁电耦合系数计算难题,发现了一种新的磁电效应,实现了MnSe2等拓扑半金属材料磁矩反转的电场调控,为实现磁存储器件的电压调控提供了理论基础;提出了基于节面拓扑半金属材料晶体结构对称性分析的设计策略,发现了优异平带性拓扑节面材料RbMo3S3,提升了拓扑量子材料的开发效率;将WTe2和超薄Na3Bi材料用于设计低功耗器件,避免了器件发热严重问题。 代表性论文: 1.Cong Xiao, Huiying Liu*, Weikang Wu*, Hui Wang, Qian Niu, and Shengyuan A.
