本课程是全英语讲授课程。主要介绍焊接热过程的特点、焊接热源、焊接中的热传导、熔池中的流体流动与传热过程以及熔池表面变形等焊接热物理的基础知识和分析计算方法。主要章节内容如下: Chapter 1 Introduction: The characteristics of weld thermal process; Weld pool behaviors; etc. Chapter 2 Models of Welding Heat Sources: Weld thermal efficiency and melting efficiency; Deposition mode of welding heat sources; etc. Chapter 3 Calculation of Thermal Conduction in Welding Mathematical description of thermal conduction; Numerical analysis of welding thermal conduction; Solution method of finite difference equations; etc. Chapter 4 Fluid Flow and Heat Transfer in Weld Pool Fluid flow and heat transfer in TIG weld pool; Generalized conservation equation; Calculation of the flow field; etc. Chapter 5 Weld Pool Surface Deformation Formulation; Volume of fluid method; etc. |
