Targeted Majors

These provide an introduction to virtually all aspects of the  technology of composite materials as used in aeronautical design and  structure.

Scope  and Form

Homework: 45 %Two mid-term exams: 40 %Final exam: 15 %

Homework: some  problem sets will be will be assigned and will be due at the beginning of  class one week after assignment. Homework solutions should be neat and  sented. Homework does not require the pledge and cooperation among students  is permitted. Copying is not permitted.

Late homework is not  accepted

Tests: opened-book  and opened-notes, langugage of instruction and examinazations is English.

The 2nd edition of  this best-selling book provides an introduction to virtually all aspects of  the technology of composite materials as used in aeronautical design and  structure.
