《专业英语》是bwin必赢博士研究生的一门必修课。      

内容简介

课程主要内容：

Part 1 Engineering Materials: 1) Crystal Interfaces  and Microstructure, 2) Solidification, 3) Ceramics and Glasses, 4) Polymers;  Part 2 Writing and Publishing Scientific Papers: 1) How to Make Use of the  Linguistic Features of Scientific Papers, 2) How to Write Main Items of a  Paper, 3) How to Classify and Select Useful Sentence Patterns, 4) How to  Write More Concisely, Concretely and Coherently, 5) How to Publish Scientific  Papers。

通过本课程的学习，能顺利地阅读当前材料科学文献中有关金属材料、陶瓷材料、高分子材料及其复合材料等领域的英文文献和书籍，能进行本专业资料的汉英互译，要求译文正确、通顺；汉译英一般难度的资料，要求正确表达原意，无语法错误；能顺利用英文书写学术论文等文献资料，正确表达原意，基本无语法错误。掌握有关学术期刊论文发表等国际交流方面的基本知识，综合提高运用英语的实际能力。
